Cheap and convenient and staf was super friendly.
For the price I was paying, I knew it wouldn't be a luxury hotel, but it was a bit worn out and dated. Was convenient for us since we needed a cheap room for one night, but I would not stay otherwise.

We enjoyed the included breakfast and the comfortable bed during our romantic getaway. The location was also convenient, close to public transportation and within walking distance of shops and restaurants.
There was no bar and no coffee or tea facilities in the room. the basic decor and small size of the room made it feel cramped.

Friendly Staff, fair breakfast when ordered, nice way of getting a beer or wine at the front desk.
The breakfast tea choice. No choice in black tea. (only limited earl grey)

The hotel is conveniently located just off the A5 autobahn and next to a lite rail station, offering easy access to Heidelberg's city center in 15 minutes. the renovated rooms are spacious, comfortable, and spotless, with newer fixtures in the bathroom. the Wi-Fi, though sometimes spotty, works well enough for basic needs. Breakfast is typical European and of good quality, and the staff provide top-notch service with a smile.
Parking may be limited, and some rooms facing the street might be noisy at night due to people talking outside.

The breakfast was really good and had a variety of options. the location of the hotel was convenient as it was close to the tram stop and a few restaurants. We were able to explore the city easily.
The room was not up to par. the bed was uncomfortable and the room had a weird smell.
